Wilton Decorating Basics – NJMondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

Learn how to decorate cakes and sweet treats with basic buttercream techniques and six simple-to-pipe flowers that transform ordinary cakes into extraordinary results

 

Wilton Flowers & Cake Designs – NJTuesdays & Thursdays

In Course 2, you will work with royal icing, the ideal medium to use when creating flowers and decorations in advance. You will also develop core skills to make many varieties of flowers, such as pansies, lilies and The Wilton Rose

 

Wilton Gum Paste & Fondant – NJFridays

Develop new skills working with fondant and gum paste, and apply them to create shapes, borders and flowers. You will also learn how to cover a cake with fondant, and design and create a complete project using all the techniques you were taught.

 

Wilton Gum Paste Flowers, NJFridays

Learn how to create realistic, wedding-cake-worthy gum paste flowers, like Gerber daisies and stargazer lilies. Plus, learn to create lifelike leaves, blossoms and bouquet designs that will bring your cake decorations to life!

 

Royal Icing Plaque – VA4/17/2016 - 9:30am - 12:30pm

Students will learn how to make their own imprint mats using acetate sheets, transfer their designs to fondant, pipe their design and embellish it with royal icing, basic figure piping and basic brush embroidery.
